 Simple morning teaHi, this is what I like to wake up with for pain relief. First meal of the day... 
 
 about 6oz whole milk
 
 bring to a boil over medium high heat, dipping a tea bag while doing so. Add approx .3-.4 g of crumbled hash. Repeatedly let it boil and froth up, then lift from the burner so it doesn't boil over, then replace... do this approx 8x. Depending on how dark you like your tea, remove the tea bag after the first 1 or 2 times for medium strength chai. The hash I work with breaks apart and effectively dissolves 90% in the milk.
 
 Remove from heat, add sugar to taste, and serve!
 
 Kif is even easier to work into this recipe!
