im about to be on probation i'll fail my first drug test what will happen??

So I'm 19 and live in clay county florida i was arrested for trafficking in hydrocodone,(1st degree felony) sale and deliver of controlled subtance(roxys 2nd degree) and sell and delivery of marijuana(3rd degree felony. I'm probably gonna be on an extensive amount of house arrest and probation(as agreed by my lawyer and prosecuter) I want to smoke one more time before i have to stop for the next 5 years. but i need to know if i fail my first drug test on probation, will I be going back to jail? Should I just tell them up front I'll fail? Should i tell my PO im addicted to drugs? I haven't smoked in since new years and before that around xmas. any help i'll probably fail anyways but what should i really do?

well first off, don't tell your PO that your addicted to drugs. he will probably make a note that you need to seek treatment. you've got to remember that these people are only out to get you to make the right mistakes so that they can benefit from it. I've got probation coming up soon and who knows if i will pass, fuck it if i do great but if i don't i suppose i will be wasting many good years behind bars.s.

You already know the trouble your in so we won't talk about that. As far as your probation and first time.

Do not tell them you are addicted. Your lawyer would of done that to get you rehab if he thought it would work and besides your not old enough to be addicted. LOL

Anyway when I went to probation and was ask about a piss test. I was straight up and told them it had only been a few days since I smoked. They must give you a grace period on the first meet. They told me to not do drugs and I had 30 days till the next visit to get clean. No problem I passed in that time.

Now after the first time is when you don't want to get caught. They could be nice and let you clean up again or they could nail your balls to the wall and make you do your full time in jail.
