This can be due to the bottom branches not getting quite enough light especially in a younger female, say the first go around from seed. Over the years I have learned a true hermie mixes the male flowers all over the plant, not just the bottom.

I humbly suggest, trimming the bottom for better penetration of light and less stress at those bottom flowers. If you get an occasional nanner, pick it off before it opens of gnats pollenate something, I daily check all my females for signs of stress, aka, nanners.

It's possible, but you risk pollinating the entire growroom if you screw it up.
I collect the pollen in a jar or cup. Then, I use a Q-Tip with most of the fuzzies pulled off and discarded, (or a soft, fine-line artists brush) gently dip it in the pollen, and 'paint' the pollen on the pistils I want pollinated. I only 'paint' the pistils on the lower branches, and use a twist-tie to mark the seeded branch or branches. You don't want seeds in your cola if you can help it.

No sneezing, no fans, no dropping the jar of pollen, and do this outside of the growroom if possible.
