Did God really create Cancer, herpes, multiple sclerosis, or are these fallen states of His design?

Why would Jesus urge us to pray for things to be "on Earth as it is heaven"?

God can't give us cancer. He doesn't have it. You can't give anything away you don't have. There is none in heaven.

He takes no delight in the suffering of those lost, nor has any malice against them to send or wish harm.

He's sweeter than you know or understand.
