Actually if you study history you will find that Christianity started as a cult doing human sacrifices. It is amusing that most Christians either do not know it or just plain deny it.

The big reason Christianity was popular in the begging was because the monks had walls surrounding them offering security from the barbarians and other raiders that would pillage and plunder. When the walls failed they would use scar tactics against them saying their souls would burn if they attacked.

The reality of all religions is that they were/are created for control of the masses. If you look at Christianity then look at the dark ages and the carvings on the churches they were for the illiterate populace to understand the scare tactics of their own damnation if they did not obey the church.

Face it we are human and can not handle the fact that we are mortal and our own mortality. Ashes to ashes dust to dust. We came from space dust we will return to space dust.

In my opinion religion is evil most of the wars and or suffering in the world is because of religion. The only thing more evil is man himself for propagating it.
is this a joke? wow, I can't take this serious and neither should anybody else. Where did you get this garbage information from? Have you even studied any type of theology? or ancient history? obviously not.
