There is a god(or some kind of creator) but I dont think praying really hard, singing, and giving money every sunday is gunna get you into the promise land.

Actually if you study history you will find that Christianity started as a cult doing human sacrifices. It is amusing that most Christians either do not know it or just plain deny it.

The big reason Christianity was popular in the begging was because the monks had walls surrounding them offering security from the barbarians and other raiders that would pillage and plunder. When the walls failed they would use scar tactics against them saying their souls would burn if they attacked.

The reality of all religions is that they were/are created for control of the masses. If you look at Christianity then look at the dark ages and the carvings on the churches they were for the illiterate populace to understand the scare tactics of their own damnation if they did not obey the church.

Face it we are human and can not handle the fact that we are mortal and our own mortality. Ashes to ashes dust to dust. We came from space dust we will return to space dust.

In my opinion religion is evil most of the wars and or suffering in the world is because of religion. The only thing more evil is man himself for propagating it.

i am not some uneducated person who is making blind judgments about chrisitantity. I went to church my whole life and even spent many years in a private christian school. The ideas and values of Christianity will make you a good person and help you live a grateful and unselfish life. Its all great inherently but i just cant believe something that frankly has no evidence of being real. Yeah you got a book, but who actually knows who wrote the damn thing? God? Wait no, people wrote it god just told them too.



one day when i was in 9th grade my teacher was discussing cults and how bad they are. I started thinking and comparing their definition of a cult(you know, drink the grape koolaide type cults) to christianity.


I coudnt find any differences(except for christianity is a much bigger cult)

You compare christianity and the word of GOD to a cult that encouraged a mass suicide??? No true christian would encourage that because that is not Gods' will. God hates suicide and false prophets like Jim Jones.
Read the Bible and do some research before you make a decision to defile your own creator and GOD!
