Xrancher Reviewed by Xrancher on . Please Help Please Please Please!!! I had a great business in downtown LA and that damn Cooley shut me down threatening me with jail if I didn't. He said it's part of the new law limiting dispensaries to 70 from 600 or so. So now I'm looking all over the state to find a city or county that will allow me to open but there's so many moratoriums and bans I can't find something. Is there a list or something that will tell me what the situation is legally city by city (or county by county). Rating: 5
