    Tiny does DWC!!!

First, Kudos to ya, tinytoon! Healthy looking little girls (gettin' big now!), and should yeild quite a bit of niceness...

Just a thot... have you ever thought about doing SCRoG, or LST? It seems to add a little bit to the veg time, but can improve yield again as well... and the cages you've put around 'em seem to just /beg/ for it...

    Keep up the good work!

first of all glad to see some visitors and ty for stopping by to look and add suggestions.

Dru I follow where you are going and what you said makes alot of sense but the worst of plant is the smallest one and it drinks less than the others. I added a lil epsom salt yesterday, 1 tsp per 3 gal, and have Calmag on order.

Covert this was my first DWC grow, have been all E&F till now, and really wanted to see how it went before changing to much. The cages are there because pretty much all of my previous grows the tops kinda fell over during the last couple weeks of growing and wanted to try to help them out a lil bit.

your leaf yellowing could just be a normal yellowing for its age and timeframe of flowering...i added AN's Kushie Kush(where t.f. do they come up with these names) and noticed it eliminated the need for calmag with better npk ratios..0-7-17 for kk and 2-0-0 for calmag...i see you have already ordered Calmag but just something to look at...i'm not an AN fan but i do like a few of their products!

your girls look like they are coming along nicely!

well I said I ordered Calmag but actually it is GH's version. I dont know what the npk values are but most websites have it listed with GH's organics.

If you want to avoid the need for suport for super-heavy buds, add a teaspoon of silicates to your hydro solution.

Just bear in mind, this stuff makes your stems ROCK HARD. I broke a brand-new pair of scissors trying to hack through a half-inch branch reinfirced with silicates.

i wish I would have used your tomatoe cage idea. A big plant like that in a filled bucket is heavier than shit, and a complete pain in the ass to move around. (I cant get mine out of the closet) And with the big ole nuggets on them babies the branches just fall over. Its almost like you have SCROG, sort of.

I LST like a mad man so i like the to be a little on the bendy side during veg. But I would assume that if i added it during flower it would have the same results. I cant take my plants out of the closet because theyre so heavy they just fall over when theyre out in the open.

I use the silicate additive right before I start flowering, as that's right about the time I'll cut clones as well. Cut them soft for easy rooting, then add the silicates for stem strength.

I thought of using cages when I was doing E&F inside the tent. right around the last 2 weeks everything was kinda falling over do to weight and that was without moving them around :wtf: now they are standing very well and hopefully have problem solved. Quick question though, any of you guys ever do a final flush for more than a week? We have always done just the last week as plain water but was curious about doing 2 weeks since it would force plant to feed off of itself more.

I have gone 2 weeks flush because they needed the time to finish. A strain I was not fimilar with. Turned out real smooth but when compared to the next run they seemed washed out. The potentcy was still there but if you gave someone a choice they picked the 1 week flush everytime.

If you want really smooth smoke it's the way to go.

I don't know what it is with people. If it looks good it sells, if it smells it sells even if the buzz ain't there.

If it's the best buzz and pain killer but looks like labador shit then I get to smoke it all.
