Seeking Advice

So recently I was asked by a friend of mine if I could do him a favor and sell him a small amount of my personal stash since there has been a drought. Little did I know how big a mistake it would be. Anyways my buddy came over and got a gram from me and left. About 25 minutes later I hear loud knocking at the door, someone answers it and leaves the door to ask another person staying here some questions, the police officer then procedes to come inside. I then hide the beer I'm drinking along with my small bag of weed. I exit my room to the living room and ask the officer why he is here, "noise complaint" I ofcourse am freaked out being that I hardly ever am in this sort of circumstance. I tell him I did not consent to him entering the house and he said he was let in, I think hes correct if somone leaves the door open they can come in. Then before I know it a whole slew of people come in, all but 2 are under cover and they tell me they pulled over a car (my friend) down the street and found the weed and they have the text messages, one officer then tells me that he was sitting in an unmarked car watching my friend enter and leave my house. I think I might have said, yes I did sell it to them (not sure if those were my exact words) but its too late now. They ask me for consent to search my room as I am 18 and I say I'm not sure, but after thinking about it I sign the consent because of the over whelming probable cause that I think they have (I know I was naive, but too late). They search my room find a 6 pack and some empty bottles of booze, scale, about 20 grams of vaporized weed, about 3 grams of weed, a bong, vaporizer, and butterfly knifes. I get charged with a felony of selling, I NEVER SELL, parphenalia, posession of alcohol by a minor, posession of a controlled substance (I think the guy said less then 4 ounces? But I highly doubt there was 28 grams of weed total). My question to you guys is, what is going to happen with this, this is my first offense. Am I going to go to Jail or Prison or just probation? This is in the state of Connecticut, please help.

Start looking for a lawyer specialized in these matters

Rule #1. Never let them in your house
Rule #2. Never talk to them, and absolutely never admit to anything.
You're definitely going to need an attorney. Just one of lifes hard lessons.

What will happen as the end result of the legal issues will probably be related to your lawers abilities, your system, and your past. Probation would be most likely if you have no other issues.

1. Stop talking to the police without a lawyer. Don't say a thing. My poor son got his life ruined because of talking without a lawyer.

2. Police can enter if they have probable cause. Again, get the lawyer.

3. I advise against saying any more online about what you did. You have committed suicide in this post. If they find it you could be in more trouble.

I think a lawyer will want you to plea bargain since your full of holes already, unless your claiming insanity defense.:error::upsidedow
