One point eight percent tax on medical marijuana. Now that is a reasonable number!! It seems not everybody is ready to jump on the greed wagon like some legislators with a 15% tax per gram.

Good to see once in a while that greed isn't the over riding factor.

As I've said before, everyone is trying to get rich off the MMJ movement, even the government. Thats capitalism.

Our MMJ movement getting highjacked really sucks. 15% tax per gram is a joke. The U.S. supreme ct. ruled against raich because of profiteering/commerce, now we have the states wanting to make a profit via commerce.
What's next, the president having his own ganja farm for white house use only. lol.(hemp was already done for cloths)

We need to contact our legislatures and tell them were all for legalization but we can not have the government in the dispensary business. Get them to change that part of the bill and it shouldn't be too bad.

The DEA isn't giving them away nor are they going to just allow this to happen.
The only way to keep us supplied is ourselves under the current laws, and hope that a guy by the name of sarich gets our MMJ laws changed to fully cover us from arrest and prosecution. If not we are all FUCKED......
