Drying and curing for eatables
I have a question about if I need to dry and cure the cannabis plant if I am going to be cooking it and capsulizing it for ingestion. Or if a dehydrator will work. I know most smoke so there is the taste issue which does not apply to my situation. any help with this would be great

It helps to fry it just to make it easier to work with. I like to dry it in my oven at the lowest temp for about 30 minutes. Then run it through a coffee grinder to powder it and store it in plastic containers.
