    .....THE COLLECTOR.....

    Hello and greatings to all. If an aqaintance of mine was to want to get quality seeds for collectable purposes where would he be to order these from online safely. Also, if this friend was a legal medical patient but happened to be visiting the East Coast would it be safe to order from these online sites without any attention from "the man". He didn't want to set up a po box or send to any alternative addresses so he wasn't messing with it. It would be very honarable to answer these questions and it will be greatly appreciated.
