and here i thought dems were for mmj? atleast thats what every lib dem preaches??what happened to that did anyone else pick up on this?we have a rep fighting for mmj more than romer?wtf lmao to me there all scum but thats just to funny.:wtf:

i like how in there bill it's all about power and more control for them but not 1 sentence of protection from leo? what about those grey areas??? how about clear those up first? like say your starting out and u have the 6 plant limit,we all know it's about a 50/50 shot of fems.my ? has always been can we start 12 so we end up with 6 or only 6 then it take twice as long to get up and running? what about that 2 oz limit? how about clearing up if doc's can write a script for u to grow/carry more based on you? like me i have never smoked in my life i'll eat it tho but that takes alot more so what about that?what about when cutting the 2 oz's again we all know we loose about 30+% when drying/curing?

this one here is odd to me,all the gov is screaming about carbon footprint and waste right?so why do they only allow 3 plants at any given time to flower? do you know how much electric is wasted with not being able to maximize your grow room to get as much as u can of the electric you use?it should be atleast 8 total 4/4 cycle.u can atleast maximize your grow with 4 under a 1k with training.

Appears more laws and regulation are around the corner for MMD and MMJ Industry Hi All, I think 2010 will be an pivotal year for regulation on the MMD and MMJ industry for Colorado. In my opinion, I think if you are considering becoming a caregiver or cardholder you might start the process now in order to be grandfathered in prior to any new regulations. Apparently, Colorado has some of the most liberal laws and regulation of any other state. I think that is a reason why many people are coming to Colorado to establish themselves in this rapidly growing industry. Rating: 5
