FOR FUCKS SAKE! Nanotechnology does exist, yes, but they are just pissy little pieces of shit that don't do anything amazing. They can't give you super powers or anything like that, and they aren't that small yet. It's not magic, you would actually have to fit circuitry into them somewhere. Not only that, but smaller things are harder to manufacture, if we can't do something with technology of any size, we certainly can't do it with nanotechnology, get a grip, and think about what you are posting. I'm quite happy to believe theories like this if they are plausible, but this is not. It is IMPOSSIBLE. If you stopped to think about it you would realise that.
