Steve got raided by the feds/DTF with 1,500 plants(clones) and they took all the computers, files, etc. Local News | Case highlights medical-pot dilemma | Seattle Times Newspaper.. cannabisnews.com: Medical Marijuana Advocacy Group Raided in Everett and many other news coverage. I thought steveS had proceeded in court to return the patients medical records.....but he did not.

I would stay SOOOOOOOOOOO far away from THCF if I was you. Hell the CEO there just handed over my medical records without any valid court processes. My records and all visits happened in oregon. This court order was suppose to protect me and others(since it is our records being requested and Mr. THCF CEO told us no worries we got it covered) BULSHIT !!!http://www.safeaccessnow.org/downloa...grand.jury.pdf .

instead of the one you currently have which says "I am treating".

I wish I had done investigated these doc in the boxs before I spent the amount I have.

As far as troy goes, he was the only one whom questioned my knowledge in the same way as you are doing here. So I guess my assumptions are ?? if in fact it is troy. Sorry you are being treated like you are over at ????? it really gets old after awhile don't it??

P.S. the civil issues about LEO not being civilly liable for not taking the pot, is in the rules and regs for LEO. They get fined by their department heads and the feds dpending on who is on site at the time. Just so you know the legal truth of why it got implemented into the statute.

Yeah well after finding all this out i agree......But if they sold it in Liquor stores, me agreeings ends because thats what i was originally thinking, where would they get it? If they got it..... but obviously none of that will happen so yeah, would rather stick with what i know and keep on puffin my medicine...



I have hung with people like Jack Herer and His son in Portland at the Third EyE so been around this stuff pretty long.... I just don't follow the same bs everyone else does.. I just want it all legal, and no jail etc etc... Tax it? Sure go for it...Not no 15% tax but sure a small one like they put on Liquor and or Beer would suffice.

Do you have access problems now? I would think not being the names you just dropped. If this bill passes you will become an outlaw felon for growing your own or possessing any without a tax stamp on the cannabis you have in your possession.

So say you don't like how they rolled the splif and you choose to reroll it with another paper type. If one day you just so happen to get checked and the LEO gets to haul your butt to jail. Now why did he do that if you did the right thing and bought it from the correct store of the state?

Can you find this equation in the bill that is being presented?? NOPE !! Why not if these folks represent our interests?? Because they don't represent our interests is why. Be happy with what we have so far, even though it needs work to not allow the LEO to arrest us and stops the state from charging us.

Not too mention the price at the pump, OH I mean the state marijuana stores that don't have but 1 thing in mind $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I have my health in 1st interest and 2nd is how much must I pay to be healthy in our society, or at least the less restrictive of not suffering so badly. I cannot afford the black market price as it is NOW. Can't imagine the State of Wa. helping me out to pay less especially with a tax on top of it.

And thats one of the things I'm wondering. I wonder if after they're dine drafting and cleaning up the bill will they make it a referendum and let the people vote on it.
