Since I understand that there is no upper limit for creatinine levels found in urine when it is tested (if true), 2-3 days prior to testing is it best to just follow the suggested useage directions or to be safe should you overload as with the vitamin B2 as recommeded by N2?

You can try and take what the directions call for , then check your efforts 2-3 days later with a validity test strip. Do not overload on creatine supps as this can result in long unwanted bathroom sessions, sitting on the toilet seat.

Validity test strips are available online and they are not at all expensive. Do a Google search for drug adulteration test kits

Thanks Burnt Toast. Yes, I read that too much will make you sit on the toilet so I won't do that. Yes, I have orderd an adulteration test kit and THC test strips as I will be testing myself and practicing prior to taking the test. :thumbsup:

This is my story to pay it forward to this website.
I am a mid 30's educated married mom. 5'6" slender and active (but let it slide during the holidays). I am an occasional smoker. I don't usually buy it but have it given to me by friends. I usually smoke pipes and joints. During the holidays I puffed...a friend turned forty...another friend came into some large amounts of weed. The whole month of december I was trying to land a job. Dumb me did not know that there would be a drug test. The job was offered to me on a contingent basis, contingent on passing a drug test. I last smoked a couple of puffs on dec 18. After the holidays I found out I would have to take the test. I hit this website every day looking for information and support. I decided that the info I learned here was that the drinks did not work and dillution was shady and susbstitution was way out of my league. Thank goodness the information is out there that it does not take 30 days and also that you can test at home! My advice: Test at home. If you are unsure of your results test with first morn pee. ( I tested twice at home and still was fearful) And if still unsure call your local shelter/drug rehab and see if you can test there for a fee. Know before you go and don't take the risk! I passed and start on monday. Thank you for all the information and support I found here. I hope my story helps.
