Most home THC tests utilize a 50 ng/ml cutoff level which is the same as DOT tests. If you took your test using the first urination of the day (when THCA concentrations would normally be at their highest) and tested negative (regardless of line intensity), then you'll be fine for the DOT test (assuming that you are indeed taking a DOT test).

Just to answer your other question: If for some reason that subbing is not an option, then your only other option would be dilution....and prayer.
