Thanks Bigtops, doing what I can to help It makes a big difference in quality of life for some people.
Maingrowm, Thanks for the kind words Not sure what you mean on how I got there but suffice it to say, I have a good job and make a little more than an average income (thank GOD! ) so I was able to start off with the right equipment. Having the right equipment makes a world of difference when trying to get good fast.
The meds I grow are a strain given to me by a friend that I can never share the genetics for, it is top quality herb. Looks, smell and taste are on a level very rarely seen around here and the medicinal quality of the stone is off the charts! Clear, relaxing and uplifting. It is a pleasure to grow. I charge very little to my patients, just enough to cover the expenses, they are somewhat high due to the price of freeking electricity around here! But all is good.

I set up the flower room with simple 2x4's and $80 dollars a roll plastic. White on one side and black on the other. The walls are double layered so white shows on the outside and in... obvious reasons for white inside. I have a below ground garage that I can keep at a reasonable temp with a small ceramic heater and a 10,000 btu portable ac unit (season dependent). Cutting holes in my house for exhaust vents made me shutter a little but... needed.
I use a blend of pro mix and fox farms ocean forest as a medium. I use 2.5 gallon pots ( tried a run with 2 gallon bags....dont like em, to unstable for weighty plants) I use the full fox farm line of nutrients, they work well and are nowhere near as expensive as some others.

Thank you for all the kind words
peace.
