But keep in mind that color is the least aspect in determining an overly diluted sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still fall below the acceptable ranges for creatinine and specific gravity (the two urine constituents tested in determining an overdiluted sample).
Understood. Thanks for the info on the B2. I'll pick some up on the way home from work today.

I've been eating a lot of red meat and plan on stopping by my local GNC to pick up some creatine. Start with that 2-3 days prior to the test.

As for the gravity, N2's thread stated that sports drinks would help with the specific gravity.

Any other suggestions to get the gravity up? Pedialite?
