I am 6'1 and about 300lb (yeah, fatty, I know). I was offered a job and the process happened WAY faster than anticipated. I smoke a total of about 2-3 oz per year but had just finished a half on 12/26. I basically smoke a bowl every other night.

Instead of going to the gym and trying to kill myself burning the thca laced fat, I went the opposite route and started porking out even further on fatty foods to put on a "clean" layer of fat. Being my size I did not want to run the risk of not being able to burn enough of it off prior to my test.

Aside from the dillution, I have also been taking fiber supplements. The Drug Testing FAQ (section 6.5) states:

6.5 Fiber: A high fiber diet will help by redirecting fat soluble
metabolites to the colon rather than bladder. "THC is eliminated primarily
in the stool via bile acids. Both EMIT and RIA detect a secondary
metabolite which is reabsorbed from the intestines. Thus a person with a
high fiber diet will excrete a majority of THC [metabolites] in the stool"
(anon1). A fiber-based laxitive will also help by binding bile-acids. Use
caution. Fiber laxitives can alter one's bowel schedule and lead to
dependancy.
So by pigging out on fatty foods (they are making me feel sick at this point though lol), dillution, and fiber supplements (fiber powder mixed in my normal drinking water), I was able to get a faint line on the T bar on my "One Screen" THC test kit.

Now, with an additional 5 days to go to the test I am feeling pretty damn confident.

One thing though, I purchased B-12 supplements at my grocery store and tried taking 10 (500mcg per tablet) and it did nothing to the color of my urine. On a whim I took 20 the next time and still no color change.

Should I look into B-2 or B-6 instead?
