Grow set up Needs Help

My setup
1 aerogarden bulb for the top
2 26w cfls for sides
18in t8 fluorecent for front
I had one plant growing fine but my homie just gave me a clone. So now i got 2 plants in the ghetto setup question is how I can re set this up to make it work till I can upgrade at the end of the month end of the month . Then ill be getting a 150/250 hps but until then what should i do. Have a fan circulating but I have to keep closet door shut most of the day so not getting good intake out take

It actually looks good to me (except the foil, use just flat white paint: it's better), nice all around light coming from above. My only question is why only one bulb in that aerogarden? Oh & if you can get a small desktop fan blowing between the plants and the bulbs to evac heat that would be even better!
