HELP FORM THE EXPERIANCED
I am an inexperianced grower, but have been learning botany and proper growing techniques for the past 2 years. I was just wondering to any who have tried it before, if i root my clones under 24/0 floro lighting, will they grow in the vegative state through the rest of the summer if planted outside, or will they bud immediatly? I live in north east illinois. Thanks in advance for all the help that i receive!

HELP FORM THE EXPERIANCED
Light cycle is a larger trigger then temperature when a plant goes into flower.
Are you asking if they will flower under 24/0 light because they are clones? Yes they do inherit the age of the mother but under 24/0 light they just stay in vegetation for the most part. There will be a point where some strains would Auto flower. I have a few sativa strains that start to auto flower around 45 dayâ??s of vegetation and they are very old. Clone of a clone of a clone ect for about 3 years.
If I were you I would pick up a copy of the farmers almanac if I were growing outside anywhere. Check the timetable and see what they say about the light time cycle for you zone. That will tell you when they should start to trigger flowering outside. Normally if you plant in March or April you can harvest the end of September or first of October. October would be a late harvest in your area I would think.

HELP FORM THE EXPERIANCED
thanks for the help zandor, the plan is to plant them right when they start to root. What i was asking is, will they flower because the light has been switched from 24/0 to around 16/8? I want them to flower outside, but at the same time i want them to veg for a little while in the forest so that the yeild will be much larger. Thanks again for your help and opinions.
