They make perfect drip trays to go under the tub. I use 19 gallon tubs, and they work just fine. Earthworms keep the soil from compacting and provide fertilizer, too.

Storm Crow Reviewed by Storm Crow on . rubbermaid tubs as pots? heyy guys i was thinking of using one of those rubbermaid plastic tubs as pots due to the hieght restrictions of my room the dimensions of the tub is 24 x 16 x 8¾ think they will grow normally without shock or stress due the hieght of pot?? will the roots spread to all corners of tub?? im planning to grow one screened monster w alot of bud sites..the screen is gonna be around 20x20 thanks for the input:) Rating: 5
