Rolling papers on airplane?

My good friend Amanda is coming to visit from Florida, and we both want to know,

1. Can she bring a pack or two through security and on an airplane, she's gonna carry it on with her on the plane? Is it legal? If TSA finds it will they say or do anything?

I'd keep em in my pocket..wont set off metal detectors and papers are legal to possess so long as marijuana doesn't accompany it..I'd just tell em I roll cigarettes to save money, but it wouldn't surprise me if the discovery of them led to further searching for cannabis..they're cheap enough I'd just buy them when I was at the destination though..

Exactly my thoughts. I've gone through many a security check with them, as well as last time I boarded a plane to HI I pulled 6 lighters out of my pocket & nobody even cared.
