How much lighting do you have on them? We increased our lighting from around 3000 lumens to about 32,000 a few weeks in and saw a big difference.

    could be a couple things

make sure its a strict 12/12 light cycle

make sure there are no light leaks at all. This will keep the plants in veg state

also some sativa strains take a VERY long time to flower. It looks as if your plants could be sativa. Keep that in mind

If its not total darkness for the the plants flowering then yeah its a light leak and that would probably be your problem.
