Good guess but it's under 100grams=ticket
same with growing

Just watch out for having more than 200g's which is really easy to go over with one plant considering they weigh it wet instead of dry. Under 100g's growing or posession is just a minor misdemeanor, and up to 200g's is only up to 30 days in jail. You're basically screwed if you grow more than one plant.

Now that I think about it, you could grow up to 1,000g's which could land you 6-12 months in jail, but chances are you could plea bargain it down from a 5th degree felony to a 4th degree with only up to 30 days in jail without the use of a lawyer, like I did
