High Boaz,

I spent a few years in the Navy and have to go to the VA for chronic back pain and depression. I just recently told my doc that I smoke to help with both of these issues and I don't want to take hydrocodones like they're tic tacs. He's against it (of course) but he can't stop me or do anything else including call the law on me. There are days when it hurts so bad it's hard to even breathe.

I messed my backup and caught hep c while in the Navy, made it worse in a car accident years later. Smoking helped me get through the 20 plus pills a day I was taking and the three times a week injections in the stomach for the hep c.

If it hadn't been for smoking, I wouldn't have made it through the year long treatment. That was so painful I hope I never go through it again.

I agree with all of you, it should be completely legal for all vets to grow and smoke as much as they need for any reason. The fact that a vet served to defend this country is good enough for me.

Thank you for your service!
