You just missed the prime time for ordering-just before Xmas. The postal authorities/ customs have only so many dudes who check the mail. High traffic times are the safest. Next "good" opportunity is just before Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day. The companies ship your seeds discretely. A safe address (anywhere but your home) is also a wise idea.

If your seeds are confiscated by customs, you get a green letter saying they have your items and asking if you wish to pick up the contraband items (DON'T!). That is usually the end of it. You (and hundreds like you) are "small fish"- just not worth the trouble! It's reasonably safe, unless you are ordering hundreds of seeds, then they might go after you!

I've never had any problems while ordering. :thumbsup:
