Plants have been growing for 4 weeks about, just 2. the plant is growing just fine but as the new sets of leaves start to appear above, the ones below die out slowly from the tips as they start to get brown spots and it slowly creeps into the stalk, the leaves curl up, and they die.

I have seen Black Gold burn my babies, I never use it anymore.

Black Gold is a soil ammendment, not a potting soil. Likely it's way too hot for container use. According to the ad for the stuff: "Use to amend your soils and provide a jump-start to the helpful microbes in your soil." There's nothing in it to promote proper drainage (perlite, for instance) either.

Is the lamp a plant spot light, or are you using 125w of CFL's?
Vitamin B1 is not a fertilizer.

my friends dads been growing weed since the 70's im trying to go off what he said i was using just miracle grow with adding nuts then switched it. its been inthe black gold for about 4 days now and they look better. he told me vitamen b1 was good for the roots and good to spray on the leaves.

the light is just a standard 125 w plant light from fred myers with a blue layering around the bulbs glass.

im going to go get fox farms ocean forest will that be a step to solve the problem?!

I've never used the Ocean Forest, but I do use a somewhat similar product. (Dr. Q's Filthy Rich) My belief is yes...it is a step in the right direction.
You might want to transplant into it's final container a week or two early so the plant can get used to the fresh organics and nutrients in the soil before switching to 12/12. Will likely stretch a tad, but start them on flower nutes like normal when you make the switch.

I'd start looking into proper lights, especially for the flowering phase.

yeah ive been looking into them what there metal halides and hps what would be a proper watt if i wanted 2 nice plants growing for veg and bud. a 250w or 400w depeneding?
