ok, not to rock the boat and I do have libertarian tendencies and I hate government regulation more than anyone I just put in my resignation ater ten years of federal service beaouse of it!!!, but taxation and regulation is exactly what I would like to see. If there is decent legislation for the farmers as well I would think the price would drop from black market prices dramatically anyway, the way it grows it should be 400$ a pound not an ounce! a 15% tax on something that had a 500% drop in price won't bother me....and if it pays for school teacher saleries or even new squad cars call me a facsiste!! Selling it in the same places we sell booze will help keep it out of minors hands which is a good thing especially if the black market in WA goes away like it did for booze after prohibition....and like I said before If we can legally grow for personal use that is all I could care about
just my 2c
PaNheAdjay Reviewed by PaNheAdjay on . No, No, NO The Washington state bill is sponsored by Rep. Mary Lou Dickerson, a Seattle Democrat. Her bill would see marijuana being sold in the state's 160 state-run liquor stores, and customers, 21 and older, would pay a tax of 15% per gram. No, no, no. Fifteen percent per gram is crazy. The state sales tax is the only tax that should apply on the total sale only. Then a tax fee to be a grower. :D Rating: 5
