need help with veg. lights

hello evry1 i want to start growing about 3 plants but i haven't decided what lights are good for veg. stage. i have heard thaT MHS lights are good and also floresent light...im not really picky about the watts ...just the price of the lights.
so whats a good suficiant light for 3 to 5 plants thats under not more than $100

Depending on the size of your grow area. I would use T5 lights. They are rather inexpensive and produce no heat.
