Nj medical marijuana
This new "Act" isn't going to do shit for anyone, We'll still be judged unfairly at trials and in the public eye. The people who support this act are also the ones who have an enormous reputation to uphold and because of that, its going to be too hard to access marijuana legally, not to mention 90% of the public who support this act think the law will apply to them, which is wrong. The law will state that the only people allowed access to marijuana are those with psychically terminal diseases that only have about 30 days to live.If you have 30 days left to live, there should be no such thing as an illegal drug to you.The point is simple, Medicinal Marijuana isn't going to work here. People from california may have an easy time getting weed, but they still suffer at the hands of lawmakers when they are busted on a federal level, almost 80,000 arrests in california for weed last year. only 30,000 in NJ and weed is almost legal there. What does that tell you?
Until it's legal nationwide without any of this medical blah blah blah, we as americans will still be denied our right to freedom and religion. Even those who need it medicinally won't be safe to use it when the law is regulated.
I predict that once this law is in effect, more people will be jailed for using it medicinally then in any other state.
Plus, obtaining a prescription for it will be harder then obtaining a prescription deadly pain-killers.
I've tried to become part of any marijuana organization that supports legalization, but every time you try to join any of these so called "organizations" they ask for donations and donations only. What if i don't want to donate money, but rather, wish to donate my time and effort to the cause? No dice. they want your money and vote only.Assholes.
I,for one, struggle with extremely painful lower back issues; smoking marijuana practically eliminates the pain, and yet, im not going to die in thirty days so i will be denied the benefit of an easier life without persecution, and i still won't be able to find a job that will hire me.Smoking marijuana doesn't affect my work or work ethic in anyway, and yet, i wont be hired because i smoke marijuana and they WILL drug test me for it.I thought equal opportunity stood for equal opportunity, but i guess i'm wrong.
