"By limiting caregivers to five patients, Massey said potentially half of the dispensaries in Colorado could be driven out of business.
"There's not as much money in it. It's less cost effective if dispensaries only serve five patients," Massey explained"
I don't understand how this will cut down the number of dispensaries. With now more than 20,000 patients that would mean we'd need 4000 dispensaries rather than the 200 that are around now. Is he assuming the number of patients is going to be drastically reduced somehow?Brown-eyed women and red grenadine...

There must be a limit on the amount of marijuana produced and sold at any licensed premise.
â?¢ Eliminating non-medical dispensaries as well as the loopholes through which patients can purchase from multiple dispensaries.
this is what concerns me....i tried to warn people about what they were up to .

Romer is more dangerous than Republicans who don't care about this issue. We'd be MUCH better off right now with anyone else in his seat - no matter what their political affiliation as long as they are neutral on MMJ.
I'm ready to donate to whoever opposes him - Democrat or Republican. He's a wolf in sheeps clothing... though this bill doesn't seem patient friendly even one bit, I can't imagine anyone believes its good for patients.... though he tried to talk the talk at DU, he doesn't get it at all!!!!!!!!Colorado patient grower. :rambohead:

He spoke directly to the MMJ community on a few occasions and made it seem like he was on our side and wanted what we wanted. But he pulled the ol' bait-n-switch. He is another politician who talks out of both sides of his mouth. He lulled us only to make us more inactive.
I wrote him a long letter yesterday and I hope you will to.
And I should mention, if Romer fucks this industry up, he'll wear that crown and hopefully will be pushed out of office.
