As was pointed out, it effects everyone differently and your tolerance is really low right now, so start with a hit and dial in your own dosage based on how that works.

You really should look into growing your own because every strain has different effects and strengths, so getting your mmj from a dealer isn't usually ideal because they seldom only deal with one type for long periods of time. In general, I believe Sativa-dominant strains help better with focus and concentration. If you're looking more into controlling the hyperactivity aspect then mostly Indicas are probably for you. I look for slightly Indica-dominant strains myself, because it's also used for general pain and sleep.

If not in a good mood very hard to function. And for about 3 months I went through a pretty good sized depression and did litterally nothing but work and sit at home. I was DONE with it and I don't trust the current meds for adhd honestly. So I did some research and find out that marijuana actually does very well for people with ADHD.
