Rotting clones? Still rooting...Stinky et al.?

Ive been taking clones for about 4 weeks. It took some time to get the rhythm down and latest batch is showing roots @ 9 days. Ive noticed though on just about all that the tops have turned brown. Is this rot?
Ive read a lot of how-to-clone threads on here and over at IC and haven't seen this problem mentioned.

What am I doing to cause this?

Clones have their own little space to vibe:
    90% RH, 82*F and 24hr light for 1st week
    80-90%, 82* and 18/6 since day 8

Strain is Mandala #1 and Satori

    Thanks all

Often that is the first sign of having taken root....yellowing, not brown dead.

Thank you Lord for this green thumb, I so love to grow your gift of cannabis.

The tops are definitely brown/dead looking. Otherwise they are healthy and taking root. Maybe its nothing to worry about...

I would just leave em alone and see. Maybe cut out the dead parts if you can leave some nodes for branching.

I had a clone that I cut the dead spot off of once and I accidentally cut the leaf buds out when I topped it. Well, it took root fine, and those last two leaves grew and grew to hand size but I had to finally kill it. No new growth. Sure looked funny though, just two huge leaves, nothing else.
Think of your buds like chocolate chip cookies: some people like em crunchy and some people like em chewy. Personally, I want them tanned golden brown but not crispy....and no one likes cold raw dough in the middle of their cookie.
