I renewed with THC clinic in Sept. They did not offer or mention a card to go along with my docs.

A trusted friend visited last nite and I learned that indeed the THC clinic is issuing "cards" in addition to the paperwork. Myself I had just copied and reduced the docs onto a laminated card for my wallet.

So, the THC Clinic is issuing cards. One must remember this is not a State issued card, but from the clinic.

Anyway, I stand corrected.

I shrunk my Doc Orvald authorization down to credit card size with the top portion of the authorization on the front, showing a nice blue ink signature, and the risk and benefits on the back, shortly after I got a few years back. It is easily read by whomever needs to read it, and I have full size back up copies everywhere. Got it laminated at Kinkos. If reduced correctly it fits perfectly. :thumbsup:

Never did receive mine. I just keep a copy of the authorization in my wallet.
