If you go and want to sign-up for one of their memberships, I guess I recommend you make sure it's clear. I made the mistake of not speaking up but then again it was me against 4 employees (plus I had just gotten off a 16hr shift @ the hospital & was exhausted, just wanted to go in & get out). But what was I supposed to do, stand there and argue "Why am I getting charged for all this? I thought I explained I wanted to buy some of the clones and get some with my membership, where's my Hapa seeds I asked about & thought I was getting... ???"

I think maybe when I was passed from one employee to another, communication didn't happen between them. At least that's what I want to believe. I really want to believe that this whole encounter can be chalked up to miscommunication.

In short, nice shop layout, friendly employees - just make sure you are getting what you came in for. Would I go back, hmm not sure. Would I recommend to my friends that live in the area. Well I used too. I think I would still if you're just going to buy meds.

So not a bad review but not as good as I was hoping it was going to be. I want this place to be good as it's a place I've been recommending based on how helpful they have been on here & other forums. I want to give them an incredible review but unfortunately not yet. Maybe I'll give them another shot in a few weeks.
First off, sorry that the experience wasn't up to par. We should probably be more clear about the various memberships. I checked the records from Friday and saw two people who did a change of provider form, but neither indicated they wanted the grow package. The records did show someone paid full price for 6 clones. We do have a few coupons out there for buy five, get the sixth free, but it doesn't appear any of those were turned in, either.

If your intent was to switch us over to your provider, I can absolutely credit you for the difference in the transaction. I really apologize for any confusion.

I got some really bad hash oil there. Weak and dirty. I thought the people who worked there were rushing me and not very friendly or knowledgeable. Nothing special. Just average.
Which hash oil was it? I've sampled all of them and I think in terms of extract quality, we're one of the best out there. If you want to "wax" intellectual on hash I'd love to chat. Anyway, hope to see you again soon.

I've been in half a dozen times and would say I like the store and like the product. I have only tried the standard green meds, I don't play with hash or oils or edibles. No complaints from me.

Not always the friendliest guy behind the counter, but people are people and I didn't think he was rude or anything, just not happy to be there that day I guess.

Regarding price, when I signed up for the membership, they made sure to help me adjust my purchases to take advantage of the offer, which I appreciated. So I don't think they'd try to pull a fast one on you about that.
I appreciate you giving us a pass on that. We've been going through a lot of changes here and it can be quite stressful. I just never want us to pass on that stress to our patients. :thumbsup::jointsmile:
