Jefco orders dispensary in Littleton to stop selling mmj
Foothills Chiropractic got a notice from Jefferson County on Tues 12/29, to stop distributing mmj or face $1000 fine every day they stay open. This on the heels of a judgement in favor of a dispensary in Centennial.

The war is here. We have to stand up. We find out which elected officials are in charge and we VOTE THEM OUT.

Or, if the dispensary is even somewhat big, just pay the $1000 a day to run it. And show them how much money you have to donate, b/c that is what is supposed to happen anyways.

i dont know about anyone else..but donating 1k per day to try and make a statement is how you go out of business. Much easier to move shop or get creative and offer delivery to existing patients. Either way you cut it you can do alot to continue your biz with the 30k you would throw away by giving it to the MAN..to make a point:wtf:

Notice was delivered yesterday. Judgement came today.

Nah, I heard from Jeff today and he said they are done. They still will offer chiropractice and all the other services. It sucks cuz they were the only one out here.

Amen! This really is a war... against a war, based on ignorance and perverse puritan notions. And now the momentum is with us. So rise up, against the machine. Vote the stupid out. And if enforcement violates your Colorado rights, sue the F out of them! It may be the only thing that makes THEM get it!

Jefferson County is anti-pot.
The reason Rocky Mountain Organic Medicine survives is because he's in the city of Golden and Jefferson County will defer to the city.
Any dispensary in unincorporated JeffCo is gonna get shut down.
Send letters to the politicians and the sheriff. I've sent letters to the governor, both senators, JeffCo Sheriff Mink and my congressmen. Let them know you're voting them out just as soon as the next election rolls around. Fight fire with fire!!
