Not without ESD-safe soldering equipment.

And if a problem elsewhere in the circuit caused the thermistor failure, it may take more components with it when it blows again. That's what I meant by

Originally, the Procyons shipped with a 2 year warrantee, with instructions to contact HGL or your "place of purchase" for warrantee repairs. You should at least give the builder a chance to see why your unit failed; I know I'd want to see it if it were my product. Once you start poking around in there you kinda "contaminate the crime scene" and can make troubleshooting pretty difficult. Naturally, you'll void the remainder of your warrantee as well...

Changing a fuse is straightforward enough, but circuit boards are not the place to perfect your tiny-soldering skills.
