Boyfriend Arrested for Growing Cannabis in Ireland - Please Help

I live in Ireland with my boyfriend. Today the cops (garda) showed up with a warrant to search our premises. They broke our front window of the house. They confiscated everything (an ounce of dried grass, 3 flowering plants, 3 clones in veg, the wardrobes, lights, nutrients, digital scale, plastic baggies, etc). They have arrested him on grounds of suspicion of supplying and they are currently holding him at the station. Ironically we were growing it for personal consumption but also shared a small amount with friends. I've tried to contact solicitors but it is hard to get a hold of anyone because it is holiday season. Also, to add insult to injury, one of the gards accidentally spilled bong water on my laptop which was open at the time, and now my laptop won't even turn on. Any guidance or help will be much appreciated! Thanks. Of note, the garda told me they had been tipped off.

The digital scale, plastic baggies are enough for the judge to say dealer.
Backed up with this you would have to get the plant weigh right.
they weigh the whole plant not just the buds
find out the type of plant how much the average weight ya get from it
to prove how much you would of had.
so that can prove not a dealer
from there you would be caught with the amount of drugs
have your legal look over warrant for any details that could make it invalided
then after court case move out of the area start fresh else where
and if ya did sell it which it sounds like ya did to get tipped of they bring this guy/doll to court ya have had it
you may be able to get the laptop repair and window as part of there search that caused this. i dont know on this but nothing to lose now any way

get a good human rights solictior and take it to the human rights court and start the ball on our basic human rights in this country.:thumbsup:

im so sorry to hear that , especially the bong water laptop thing is ridiculous, sounds like someone ratted you out! if you get a good enough solicitor i dont think we would do any prison time, its all about your solicitor though and the legal system in this country is so flawed make sure he is passionate about your case and will fight for it,the defense and prosecution show eachother too much respect in irish courts i think. and make sure to educate him about weed!

hi just sayin the garda HAVE to pay you back for the repairs beacuse i know of some friends houses being raided and they garda cut open the matress and they had to refund for it, But the garda will denigh the bong water event ever hapining but most likely you will get the window good luck and hope i was some help
