Might be caught in Wisconsin
This kinda sounds like it may be a dorm room. Is that true?
If so, The school is likely the one to worry about. I just spoke to a person last week at my local dog park. She works in a dorm building for CU Boulder. Basically she said if a student is found growing they (the school) suspends them, allows them in to get their stuff only. Then they (the student) faces suspension, expultion and if the grow is large (more then 1 plant in a closet) they report it to the police.
I still think nothing may have happened except a new door lock.
I agree with the above too. If someone did find your plant and you are in trouble with the courts. GET A GOOD LAWYER! Nothing beats spending money on a private lawyer to get a lower sentence, Seams to always add up the same in $$. It's the fines, probation, and other goodies they want to give and, you want to avoid, that the lawyer can help with. Might even get you out all together! A public defender couldn't care less how bad you get the shaft.
Good luck!Vancefish Reviewed by Vancefish on . Might be caught in Wisconsin Out of town for Xmas break and had a friend water my plant every few days. I grow a single plant for personal use in a plastic grow box in my closet. Last time she stoppe in was the 22nd and there was no apartment showing notice on my door. They need to give 24 hours notice and there probably weren't any showings Xmas eve or Christmas itself so I don't know why anyone would have gone in my apartment. I get a call from my friend the morning of the 26th saying that the key doesn't turn in the Rating: 5A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government.
