Great advice. I'm a badly backslidden raw vegan myself. Back when I was about half dedicated to the proposition dropped 40 pounds in a matter of a few months was never hungry and had all sorts of energy. It also cures cancer.

Cutting down means cutting out,,, they are poison to people like us!!!

I haven't had an egg or butter since Dec,,, I have 4 pounds of butter in the fridge from a sale in Dec, I used to put a half a stick on a baked potato,,,Now I don't even eat potato's...


7 pills in Dec is now 1/2 a pill for BP and vitamin e daily and it's all because of diet,,, the doctors think it's the pills because to keep the doctors I lie and tell them I take the pills... My last lab work shows all normal levels from all elavated levels Cholesterol,Blood sugar, and BP in Dec and the doctors did not even try to reduce amounts of the meds I'm taking,,, they are pushers first!!!

It's not really rocket science that what we eat is who we are...
point is 6 months later I am tooting my horn,,, I hope you will as well!!!

On Christmas eve I suffered a 98% oclussion of the left ventricle and was rushed into hospital for emergency cardiac surgery, today is my first day at home and as you probably can imagine I now have many questions regarding any further use of cannabis. Raw is a little hard core for me but I will entertain it from time to time...

Just wanted to mention that I agree,,, cancer is caused by bad diet...
