Help - Brand new mmj paitent in CO

I just was given 17 extra seeds that are in paper towels and are showing tap roots that are a centimeter long. I have a bale of sunshine #4 and a 8X12X 8 ft high room. I don't know what to do. Where on this forum do I get help, and what are my priorities? My tap water is at ph8 and 50 ppm. After I water the soil, the discharge is at ph5. I don't want to be alone, and hello from Longmont.
