Well for two weeks with that light i believe it should be much bigger. I dont think the holes are helping you out either. Do you have a fan for air flow? Thats all i can think of, but no pro here. Id get a fan on it and maybe put white toothpaste into those holes, because your loosing light to them. You might try 18/6 with all that light it may need a brake to process the light your giving it to build tissues.
