The End of Dispensaries
From Sensible Colorado: "In 2010 Law enforcement is planning to run a statewide bill to SHUT DOWN DISPENSARIES."
I realize they are looking for money to help fight the fight, but is that true what they said? Or is this hyperbole?colagal Reviewed by colagal on . To begin with LEO can't run any bill, its up to the legislatures. But I think its fair to say in virtually every MMJ state, that LEO would love to do that if they could.

Bill Ritter would have all of the dispensaries shut down. He's on board with LEO, 100%. Call his office and tell them you've heard his real agenda, and that you will be voting against him next time.
I'm willing to give the Republican a go, as Ritter has done us NO good!Colorado patient grower. :rambohead:

Try this: Sensible Colorado
The information came to me in an e-mail. Although, looking at their website, I don't see this in their headlines. Again, maybe they are looking for donations, but got my attention nonetheless....where there is smoke...I just had not heard the death of dispensary talk before. I thought it was something new being proposed.

so basically they sent out an email asking for donations by saying that LEO was going to end dispensaries in 2010? Was it just donation email or did they have some documentation from LEO?

Looks like it was largely donation driven; however, whatever specific information they have from LEO was not stated, just implied that something was afoot....so basically they sent out an email asking for donations by saying that LEO was going to end dispensaries in 2010? Was it just donation email or did they have some documentation from LEO?
