lighter warning
over the last week or so we have had some cold weather , the problem i have is that my thumb when cold hurts badly, it's like someone has stuck a red hot poker inside it and working outside most of the time this makes work very unpleasent.i'm sure the problem is nerve damage caused by continuous use of these lighters. i probally use a lighter about 100 times a day, it's not unuseall for me to relight a joint 10 times, and i smoke rolling tobacco whilst working which are allways going out and have to be relit.it may not be the lighters but i'm sure it is, have now changed to electronic lighters, but the damage has allready been done, so just a heads up for everyone:thumbsup:

yuh, i actually prefer a bic to the electric ones, the force required to make the piezo click is too much for me, and makes the point of having the electric one, well, pointless. just take the safety off the bic, and all you need is a flick, legitimately the easiest to use lighter, lights everytime.
or go with matches. but agree, those cheapos will hurt you, they hurt me, and i can assure you i have not used lighters as long.

yeah those lighters are trash, I buy em all the time just cuz they so cheap, but if I got the money to spend bic is the only way! Got a bunch of those damn lighters laying around with no flint in em anymore even though they full of fuel, so depressing when I need a light..

Just saying cuz, hate the smell of zippo lighter fluid, especially if u burning a bowl(zippo makes butane too, thought bout it for a second so dun know if you talkin bout a classic zippo or what lol) check out Zippo Blu

don't think it's arthritis that useally affects the joints, its more the thumb print.
didn't know zippo done butane, i think the mrs got me a lighter yesterday for xmas, if she got me a zippo it would have been the classic but i gave her a chioce of a zippo or a dunhill lighter, she might have got me the dunhill as they are alot more expensive, hope so just have to wait for tommorrow. happy xmas mate have a good one.
