the problem i have with letting them forge a document is that it makes the folks that really need mmj look like they are forging their pain. i wish i could remember the name of this documentary that I just saw about the war on drugs - it was a bit long but the end showed how many people's lives can be ruined because of the current laws. anyway, it makes me pretty mad and crazy.

Basic Legal Common Sense for MMJ Tennants Hi, i am new to this forum because, well, i don't use mj as i don't care for the side-effects. however, i have always known that it should be 100% legal. ESPECIALLY for medical purposes. i am a landlord and have never had a problem with my tenants using mj. now i have a couple who wish to grow for mmj purposes. imho, they don't really think thye qualify as candidates, but i'm not the doctor they allegedly paid to say they do need it. if they are 100% faking it, it's not my business, Rating: 5
