I have a catering business and take-out restaurant with a health dept. certified commercial kitchen and I want to know what I would need to do to use the kitchen to bake cannabis food to sell to local dispensaries.
I want to take the necessary precautions make sure that it's a legitimate business in order to protect my current catering company.
I have my license, but am not currently a caregiver.

In your position, I would certainly get ahold of a MJ attorney and spend the money to talk to him. I would never risk my business on the advice of people on the internet.
