Medical Grow Michigan Noob need help!!!

I am currently growing using five gallon buckets with some decent premixed soil from a gardening store. The buckets are the drain type made of plastic with plastic drain dishes. I have coated most of the closet in mylar reflective material. I have a small fan for circulation. The lighting I am using is from Lowes. I bought two shop lights that hold to lights. I am using a total of 4-40 watt t8 fluoroscents and one small 20 watt fluorescent. The lights are all plant and aquarium series. I have a light timer currently set to 16 on and 8 off. Most of the plants look ok but no way to sex them yet. I am going to upload a picture and I need tips. I want to clone my female to have twelve plants which is the legal limit but how and when do I clone? I have all the nutrients including cloning gel but I don't know if I am ahead of myself right now. Anyways give me some thoughts. I have a picture I am uploading.

If I were to stick with the same lighting for flowering how much do you think I could yield. I'm outputting about 180 watts of fluorescent ligthing to about 6plants. I'm using premixed soil with vermiculite and a bc nutrients kit with all the essencials with different stages for vegging and flowering as well as for cloning. Do you think I will get a decent yield?
