Pictures would be a big help, but you're going to need to find out the ph of your wellwater. My wellwater is 7.9 out of the tap requiring the use of phDown. Might want to contact Coast of Maine and ask what ph their medium is buffered at, too.

Speaking of the medium...are you adding everything under the sun into the potting mix, or is all that stuff already in it? Just making sure I understand. The more shit you add without knowing why...the greater risk of screwing up the balance needed, and the harder it becomes to troubleshoot. Plus, you are likely doubling or tripling up on the nutes. (yes, organics can and will burn if overused) Keep it simple till you are successful, then go in for the well-marketed (yet usually unnecessary) additives and ammendments.

If they aren't healthy, doubtful they are rootbound yet, but you can check.
If still in SOLO cups, doubtful you should be making their enviornment so friggin hot. (nutrient-wise)

HPS or MH for veg...all the additional lighting is likely unnecessary. Perhaps the CDFL's and LED's for side lighting, but likely unnecessary. (are your walls painted white?)

Too early...time to go make coffee. Good luck.
